PILATES FOR PREGNANCY

Join studio owner Liv Berger for a workshop in which you will learn how Pilates can benefit you throughout pregnancy and after.  You will experience some of the Pilates exercises on the Mat and the equipment in a comfortable and supportive environment.  No prior experience with Pilates is necessary however you must be approved by your Doctor to participate in the exercises.
