I am a massage therapist with over 12 years of experience, and I am trained in various modalities. One of which is Thai Body Work which I use while working with the Chicago White Sox. I also have experience working with clients whose needs are incredibly diverse. Everyone from stroke survivors to pregnant women to triathletes. I am a bicyclist, runner and swimmer who knows what it's like to not be active. I know what it takes to get your life back after injury or muscle dysfunction.
