* Class cards expire 3 months from date of purchase (except for 1-month Unlimited Cards).
* If only one person attends a class, that class will be taught as a 30 minute private session,
at no extra charge.
* All classes are the same rate.
* All classes are 25 or 45-minutes.
* To reserve your spot in class, you can call the studio or us our ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM.
* We create a class card for you at the studio if you purchase a package.
* Trainers reserve the right to cancel class up to 2-hours before class if no one is registered.
* We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all reserved classes.  Any missed classes will be charged.
* When you come for your first class, please show up 10-15 minutes early to fill out paperwork
and tour the studio.
* You will not need to bring your own mat, as we provide mats for all students.

Haven't tried Suspension Training yet? This class will progress you through the many exercises done on the Red Ropes you see in the studio. Get a fun total-body workout that will leave you sore the next day!

GROUP CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

45 Minute Classes:

Beginner-Intermediate Pilates Mat
Learn the basics of the original exercises of Joseph Pilates in a comfortable and supportive environment.  This class welcomes and accommodates first-timers and more experienced students equally.


Magic Circle Mat
In this class we combine the Pilates magic circle with the traditional mat exercises.  This is a great way to put a new spin on classical exercises!



Tower (Beginner-Intermediate & Intermediate)
Reserve your spot in this class-only 8 spaces available!  In this class, students will experience a mix of Pilates mat and wall unit Cadillac.  We offer both Beginner-Intermediate and Intermediate level Tower classes to cater to your experience.

Redcord
This small group class experience with RedCord is currently available only at Body Endeavors.  Check out for yourself why these simple red cords can do so much to help strengthen and stabilize your core and entire body!  Class is limited to 4-5 people.


25 Minute Classes:

Express Reformer Workout
Try out the Pilates Reformer in this fun class designed to challenge both newcomers and experienced students alike.  Get a quick workout in with this short 25 minute class, or pair it with another class back-to-back for a longer format.  Note: it is recommended to take a Private session prior to this class for some basic experience first. All instructors offer discounted sessions for first-timers, so please view our website for instructor recommendations.

Express Strength Workout
This 25 minute, small group class focuses on strength training with proper form and technique using free weights, Therabands and various stability devices!  Pair it with another class or come in and use the cardio equipment (at no charge to you!) for a nice long workout!
